Business Scope : Design and build progressive die , transfer die, conventional die, design and build weld assembly fixture, checking gauge and fixture.
Engineering Team: Equiped with the latest CAD / CAM / CAE software, our engineering team has over 10 years experience in die design and manufacturing. Specializing in design large progressive die and large transfer die.
Tool Room Facility: we have the state of art toolroom facilities, 6 sets large CNC Milling, largest capacity 2500mm * 4000mm, 6 sets wire cut EDM, largest capacity is 1000mm * 800mm, 3 sets tryout press machines with moveable bolster, range 160 Ton to 500Ton, 1 set CMMM, 1200mm * 1500mm * 1000mm.
Products : product covers: Auto Industry--- body parts, panels, reinforcements part, structure parts, Home Appliance--- LCD TV chassis frame, TV stand part and other home hardware, Office Appliance--- printer metal parts, copy machine metal parts and computer metal parts.
